InnoPET Plasmax

The InnoPET Plasmax is constructed on KHS Corpoplast's stretch blow molding machine rotary platform using 12 individual double coating stations to house the entire coating process.

The machine has an output of 12,000 bph and can handle bottle sizes ranging between 100ml to 1.2 litres. The specific machine output depends on the required barrier as well as the bottle design and is aligned to the performance of the downstream equipment i.e. filler, and upstream equipment, i.e. stretch blow molding machine.

The high machine uptime of the InnoPET Plasmax guarantees that the targeted line efficiency is not influenced negatively.
